The staff at T-N-T Moving Systems are highly experienced and well trained to ask you all the information necessary to give you the best estimate.  Manpower and number of trucks is essential for an efficient move.

Local Moving

Local moves are charged by the hour in most cases.   There is a truck fee (base fee) added to each move.

The amount of square feet you are moving from and some other factors (steep driveway, elevator, flights of stairs, etc.) will determine the amount of men needed to perform your move.

You could have as little as 2 men or as many as 6 men and 2 trucks.

Long Distance Moving

Moving long distance requires us to charge by the weight of your furniture.

This weight is estimated before move and known exactly when the truck is loaded.  Other charges may apply for things like using an elevator or picking up furniture at an additional stop.

An estimator will come to your home and provide you with all charges associated with your move.  In most cases we offer a not-to-exceed amount so that you know the absolute maximum that you would pay.

Many of our customers take advantage of this and we find that it is the best way to compete with other moving companies.

Piano Moving

Charges for moving just a PIANO are usually a flat fee and is determined by distance and number of men needed.
